By accessing our website, enrolling in our coaching programs, purchasing our products or services, participating in coaching sessions, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 4. Coaching Disclaimer
Our coaching is designed to support personal growth, leadership development, communication skills, relationship development, and overall wellbeing.
Our coaching is not:
Medical advice
Mental health counselling
Psychological treatment
Psychiatric care
Marriage therapy
Legal advice
Financial advice
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, behaviours, and outcomes.
If you require medical, legal, psychological, psychiatric, or financial advice, you should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.
5. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary.
Although we strive to provide high-quality coaching and education, we make no guarantees regarding specific personal, financial, emotional, marital, or family outcomes.
Success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your own effort, commitment, consistency, and circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
By participating in our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Participate respectfully.
Take responsibility for your own decisions.
Complete assigned work where applicable.
Maintain respectful conduct toward other participants.
We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful without refund where appropriate.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching services.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching fees, memberships, workshops, digital products, and educational materials are non-refundable.
Refunds, if offered, are entirely at the discretion of the Company and subject to any written guarantees provided at the time of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, coaching systems, trademarks, logos, graphics, written materials, and other content remain the exclusive property of Valiant Wellness.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, republished, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat coaching conversations with discretion.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group coaching environments, and participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow members.
We encourage all participants to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions shared within coaching groups.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software.
Interfere with website functionality.
Use our materials for unlawful purposes.
Misrepresent yourself.
12. Third-Party Services

Appointment scheduling

SMS messages are not used for emergency communication.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valiant Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valiant Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Where services are provided to clients residing in the United States, applicable U.S. consumer protection laws may also apply where required.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
